We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavour to despatch orders within one working day. However, please note that during special releases, major holidays and sale periods this may take longer.

Please place your order before these dates, depending on which country you are posting to, and we will send them out as soon as possible, to ensure we do everything to get the items delivered by Christmas.
YE STATE ships worldwide from the UK.
Orders placed before 2:00pm UK time will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday or business day following a public holiday. There are exceptional circumstances when this may be delayed.

Please bear in mind that these times are in business working days and also are for the shipment by the carrier. These do not take into account customs delays in certain countries which may slow these times down. This is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc. Please allow an extra couple of days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays.
We send all our international parcels DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. This means all the duties and taxes are paid on our side.
Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order.
ORDERS PLACED ON HOLD
YE STATE reserves the right to amend or place on hold orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address or confirmed it is a legitimate order by providing identification. The customer takes full responsibility for consequences of providing incorrect information - YE STATE is not responsible for issuing refunds or sending replacements.
In certain circumstances, we may use alternate couriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail or other. If you have any queries in regards to Shipping and Delivery, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order (within 28 days of the order being received) as long as it has not been sent out.
To cancel your order please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Order Number and that you wish to cancel your order in the Subject Box. If the order has been sent out, you will not be able to cancel and instead you will have to wait for it to be received. Once received, you will have to contact us for a refund (minus shipping costs).
RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition* within 28 days of the order being received.

Alternatively send an email to email@example.com stating your Order Number. You will be sent a returns form to include within the package.
We will happily issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred.
However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.
Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours after receipt and inspection of goods. Refunds generally take between 3-5 working days to clear back into the card/account you have paid with. Please bear this in mind and allow sufficient time for the refund before contacting us.
Any item purchased in any website sale is not eligible for a refund and can only be exchanged or in the alternative, store credit can be given.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise that you send the parcel tracked and signed, using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please allow up to 7 working days for the item to be returned to our warehouse if sent using standard delivery.
If your parcel is returned back to us as undelivered, your item will be automatically refunded. You will then have to replace the order from our website.
If your parcel is held at the couriers depot due to being unable to deliver, it is your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery.

FAULTY/WRONG ITEM RETURNED
Please contact us at email@example.com stating your Order Number and whether your item is faulty or incorrect. We will contact you further to advise how to return/exchange or obtain a refund. If the item is faulty or damaged, you will be sent a pre paid label to use.
*Original condition refers to the item being unworn and in satisfactory condition for re-sale.
